OUR VILLAS

Baan Talay is an exceptional villa located at Bantai in the South of Koh Phangan and sitting right on the beach. Baan Talay is within group of five villas and it has the prime waterfront location! Walking distance shop and restaurants. It is nevertheless a quiet and private place to stay!

Villa has balcony facing lagoon, Koh Samui island and Angtong national park. It is equipped with its own Fiber optic internet connection! Smart Tv 40” with Netflix account, DVD player with movies.  Living room has comfortable sofa, Air Conditioned and fans. Bedroom offers King size bed with topper, towels and linens are provided. Bed sheets are replaced every 3 days, as in a hotel! Kitchen is equipped, rice cooker, gas stove, fridge, toaster, blender and kitchenware.

Baan Talay is surrounded by walking distance shops, 1st restaurant at 50 meters and a supermarket is even less than 300 meters away! Don’t miss Summer Resort (next door) swimming pool, Egyptian spa and restaurant. Try their breakfast on the beach it is (around 300THB) it is huge! Two kayaks are available freely.
